- Developing Tech Leadership Acumen. Learn several techniques to strengthen your leadership knowledge. Over six sessions, you’ll explore influencing without formal authority, effective communication, driving cultural change, and expanding their leadership style.
- Using Data as an Asset. Explore how data can drive strong decision-making. The lessons come from case studies in industries as varied as advertising, retail, and healthcare. You will then delve deeper into data by investigating the three main categories of analytics: descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
- Enabling Digital Transformation. Learn about vital technologies that have helped businesses stay relevant in today’s market. Lessons address how firms use digital strategies and how to figure out which ones to use for your company. Program attendees then study disruptive products that helped transform the business and finance sectors.

Who Will I Learn From?

The faculty of this course includes Pieter Abbeel, Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences. Pieter also works as director of the Berkeley Robot Learning Lab and Co-Director of the Berkeley Artificial Intelligence Research Lab. He works in machine learning and robotics, and his robots have learned to perform complex tasks like helicopter aerobatics, knot-tying, and more.
