Accessibility was one of the bootcamp’s main aims when creating its Tech Sales Career Track. Springboard’s Learning Designer Dalia Abbas shares, “I use my understanding of how adults best learn to build engaging learning experiences. At Springboard, I work with subject matter experts and my team to build career track courses.”
With this in mind, the 12-week bootcamp caters to part-time students—parents, full-time employees, etc.—who prefer to learn at a more flexible pace without giving up their daytime commitments. Lessons are held in a hybrid online format that includes over 150 recorded videos. These videos effectively break down complex concepts into digestible content that is beginner-friendly and easy to access whenever and wherever you are.
Every Wednesday evening, Springboard requires you to attend weekly live classes, between 60 and 120 minutes long, where you can engage with your cohort mates and instructor. The live classes help enhance your socialization skills and reinforce your knowledge gained from the recorded lessons.

Dalia adds, “With this course, we use an assessment-based approach to ensure that students are mastering the skills necessary for success as an SDR or a BDR. Affordable Payment Options

While the cheapest option is to pay upfront, Springboard also provides flexible payment plans if funds are not readily available. You can choose a 3-month payment plan where you will be required to make a deposit of $2,500 upon enrollment and pay the remaining balance every month during the course.
