It’s 2022, and the tech industry is still searching for skilled professionals. Data from the latest CompTIA Tech Jobs Report reveals a steady increase in tech job postings across the US in the first three months of the year. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, this industry will continue to grow until 2030.
With such high demand, steep salaries of over $100,000 on average for the highest-paying tech roles are unsurprising. For this reason, a lot of people are starting or even switching careers to tech. But with steep competition ahead, the journey into the industry isn’t so easy, especially for those who neither have the experience nor education that the industry demands.
To help fill in the market gaps, tech bootcamp Clarusway offers practical and industry-aligned training to anyone interested in launching a tech career—regardless of background, experience, age, or gender. Let’s hear from two Clarusway alumni who have successfully made their way into tech with the help of the bootcamp.
Clarusway prepares students for a steady career in tech by providing industry-relevant skills and well-rounded support through a dedicated team.

Clarusway is worth the investment for one simple reason: job-oriented training. Its instructors, mentors, and coaches are also tech professionals familiar with industry needs. As such, you get industry-relevant training as you solve real-world problems. Projects also let you gain hands-on experience.
And if you’re worried about finding work after bootcamp, Clarusway offers Career Management Service (CMS) that can keep guiding you through your job hunt and career advancement.
The result? Clarusway boasts a 91 percent job placement rate among its alumni.
What’s It Like to Be a Clarusway Student?
Clarusway is results-driven, focusing on helping you build both technical and soft skills. Your instructors, mentors, and teaching assistants will help fine-tune your tech skills, monitor your progress, and ensure you don’t fall between the cracks. Meanwhile, coaches assist you in creating your resume and preparing for interviews.
Clarusway has a “sense of community”, according to Mehmet Altun, a Clarusway alum. Everyone helps each other. “You ask a question at midnight and get an answer in five minutes,” Mehmet said.
He also praised Clarusway’s learning management system. “It is full of new technology, and they [the instructors] walk you through the technology from very basic to a level where you can practice,” he said. “The projects are good, and their mentoring system is excellent.”
Merve Batan, another Clarusway alum, was likewise impressed by how lecturers assisted the students. “I love this side of the course,” she said, describing how instructors would meet with them one-on-one to help them solve problems and clarify concepts that they found confusing.
Mehmet joined Clarusway after the urging of his friends and colleagues. Soon, he found the programs to be an excellent investment of his time during the pandemic. So much so that he finished three modules in nine months: IT Fundamentals, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and DevOps.
Merve, unlike Mehmet, took Clarusway’s AWS and DevOps Learning Path because of her passion for tech. After a friend explained how AWS and DevOps would merge, she decided it was best to learn to code formally.
What’s the Job Search Like after Clarusway?
If there are two things that a tech career is known for, it’s the high pay and positive job outlook. Web developers, for example, can expect a 13 percent job growth over the next eight years. Likewise, software developer jobs are slated to grow by 22 percent, and information security analyst roles are likely to see a 33 percent growth in the same period.
Clarusway does more than teach you skills. Merve especially values the bootcamp’s career support. “I didn’t know LinkedIn tricks or what to put on resumes, and they helped me shape my resume and improve my LinkedIn profile,” she explained. As a result, it didn’t take long for her to land interviews. Her current employer, Workday, was the third company to interview her.
In Mehmet’s case, he was offered a DevOps engineer position by the same people who encouraged him to study at Clarusway. And the offer came just a week before the end of his bootcamp training.
He stayed with the company for a year before moving on to an insurance company after several talks with different companies that reached out to him on LinkedIn.
Mehmet believes everything he learned at Clarusway remains applicable because he could utilize them in both a fintech and an insurance company. “Clarusway is more than sufficient in boosting my knowledge and morale, and the tech that we have seen on LMS and the live sessions was good enough for me to build on,” Mehmet said.

Clarusway not only arms you with the skills you need to land a tech job but also provides robust career support. Clarusway also prepares and encourages you to take the certification exam, which Mehmet appreciates.
Their advice to incoming Clarusway students? “Take the classes seriously,” said Merve. “You don’t expect a bootcamp to teach you everything; that’s impossible,” added Mehmet, but you will learn industry-relevant skills and languages from Clarusway as they did.
