devCodeCamp currently offers three full-time programs: Computer Science Engineer Bootcamp, Full Stack Development Bootcamp, and Front End Developer Bootcamp. It also offers a part-time Web Development Bootcamp, targeted at students who require more flexibility with learning.
All programs are taught online, which makes them accessible to learners across the country. They are also designed for beginners, which means no prior experience is needed to qualify for any of the programs. According to the school, you just need to be curious and be willing to learn.
“Our bootcamps start with providing everyone the necessary fundamentals and foundation to be successful. Your bootcamp is immersive and fast-paced, covering a great deal of material in a short amount of time,” devCodeCamp says on its site.
“Our students come from all walks of life including college students, college grads, musicians, food service, engineers, trade workers, and even a pilot. Regardless of background, everyone shared the common goal of really wanting to learn to code.”
devCodeCamp implements a different learning approach, wherein classes are held four days a week as opposed to the usual five or more days. This allows for immersed learning from Monday through Thursday while still giving students three days off for a personal time.
Although students can still work on projects during their three days off, they have more room for rest. This leads to a more positive learning experience and the ability to retain more information in an immersed environment.
