The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry is fast growing into a giant market. According to Fortune Business Insight, the CRM market value is likely to increase to $128.7 billion by 2028, growing at 12.1 percent annually. Results from Grandview’s research also show that about 91 percent of organizations with more than 10 employees in their workforce use CRM systems.
With CRMs, they can build a relationship with their clients, improve customer interaction, and optimize their services to fit their customers’ needs and wants. That, in turn, results in better customer retention, improved brand loyalty, and ultimately, increased business productivity.
In addition, the rapidly expanding market makes the CRM industry an excellent place to launch a career in tech. The average salary for a CRM job is $139,992.
CRMBase’s No-Code Salesforce Bootcamp is designed to help all career seekers build marketable skills that can lead toward various roles in CRM.

Kashif Ali is CRMBase’s founder. He too, like many others, started out from a non-tech background—journalism. But for him, the transition was quite tough.
Kashif had only $169 when he moved to San Francisco. He started a job at a restaurant to cater to his basic needs. He says, “I was almost homeless at some point. But I was stubborn enough not to ask for help from anyone.”
After several months of learning how to code, he got an internship position at Adobe with the Salesforce Integration Team.
During his time at Adobe, he got the chance to mentor over 50 people going through coding bootcamps. It was then he discovered that many people went to bootcamps because they wanted a high-paying job and not because they loved programming. Further, he discovered that 95 percent of the time, he did not need to code while he worked at Adobe.
That informed the idea of creating CRMBase, a bootcamp where people can begin their tech journey without an immediate emphasis on coding. Instead, it trains students to gradually build from CRM Admin and Business User roles—which do not require coding—to programming-centered CRM Developer and CRM Architect skills.
Easy Transition from Non-Tech Backgrounds
CRMBase designs its programs to provide an easy transition from non-tech backgrounds into high-paying tech jobs. First, it provides several study materials which help students to prepare themselves for the more intensive instructor-led classes. It also has the No-Code Salesforce Bootcamp which is an excellent program for people who wish to skip programming.
After the No-Code Salesforce program, learners can take necessary classes to advance to higher levels in CRM: Business Analyst, Developer, and Architect. Each step higher, in turn, can attract higher pay.
Further, CRMBase offers flexible payment plans to accommodate students’ varying financial strengths.
Upfront Tuition or Installment Plan
The upfront payment plan requires students to pay their entire tuition before starting the program. For those who can afford it, it is advisable to choose this option as it saves them from any additional cost or extra payment. Students can also request to pay via installments during the duration of the bootcamp.
Loan (0% Interest, 18 months)
This option is great for students with a good FICO score. Students don’t incur any interest while in the bootcamp. Once they complete the program and secure their first job, their repayment period starts and continues for the next 18 months without any interest.
To demonstrate, say a student takes out the loan, begins their bootcamp training in January, finishes at the end of March, and starts their first job the following month. Per the terms of the loan, they will have 18 months from April to pay the tuition loan without incurring any interest.
An upside: You’ll pay less with this loan as compared to the Deferred Tuition Agreement option.
Deferred Tuition Agreement
With the deferred tuition agreement, students can start learning without paying any tuition. They will be only required to pay back after they get hired with a salary of at least $40,000 per year. Tuition repayments start at a minimum of $500 per month from their monthly pre-taxed salary.
An upside: Unlike the loan option, your credit score will not impact your eligibility for this payment method.
Learning with CRMBase
CRMBase’s curricula are designed with a focus on helping students to acquire industry-relevant skills. Likewise, it prepares students to take on several Salesforce certification exams recognized in the CRM industry. That strategy aims at building its graduates’ portfolios and making them more attractive to prospective employers.
In Kashif’s words, “We want to create a balance between theory, practice, and getting those certifications so that people get to be truly ready for the job.”
CRMBase has several other features that help to boost the students’ learning experience.
Online Instructor-Led Courses
CRMBase delivers online classes on a full-time or part-time basis to accommodate various categories of students. Lessons are delivered by instructors who are experts in CRM. Adding to this, students also have access to one-on-one mentorship sessions and career support where they receive personal and individual support.
Hands-On Learning Strategy
CRMBase also has a hands-on approach to learning. Its curricula require students to undertake several capstone projects using the real-world labs and the Salesforce platform.
What Can You Learn at CRMBase?
CRMBase offers two CRM courses: the No-Code Salesforce Bootcamp and the Salesforce Developer Bootcamp.
The No-Code Salesforce Bootcamp
The No-Code Salesforce Bootcamp is a program designed to train people to become Salesforce admins and consultants. It is fully remote, with a 24-week part-time and a 12-week full-time option.
As the name implies, the program does not teach students programming. Instead, it provides in-depth lessons on how to use Salesforce tools effectively.
In the end, learners will be prepared to obtain certification in:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Advanced Salesforce Admin
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- CPQ Specialist
The Salesforce Developer Bootcamp
The Salesforce Developer Bootcamp is also a beginner-friendly program. The curriculum covers programming basics first to accommodate those without a coding background. After that, students learn how to build Salesforce and solve business problems through program thinking.
At the end of the program, students will be able to obtain basic certifications in:
- Platform Developer I
- Platform Developer II
- JavaScript Developer I
The program is fully remote, and it runs in two variants: a 12-week full-time program and a 24-week full-time program.
How Does CRMBase Help Students After Graduation?
Getting a job after bootcamp is a crucial aspect of a career change. For Kashif Ali, he got his first tech job as an intern at Adobe after 15 difficult months of a career change. That is why he started CRMBase, to make the career change journey easy for everyone.
At the time, he didn’t know much about customer relations management, but he learned on the job and more significantly through a lot of hard work.
“I knew that if I had to survive at Adobe, I had to learn really everything about CRMs. So, I took those three months of internship as another bootcamp experience. I learned a lot about Salesforce which was enough for me to deliver the project. My employers liked me and offered me a full-time position.”
CRMBase has a similar plan to help get jobs and gather industry experience. Through its industry partnership program, the school places its graduates in partner companies as interns. However, it does not assure them of getting full-time positions after.
The apprenticeship program is not guaranteed for every student. Getting a spot will depend on the learner’s performance at the bootcamp and the demands of the partner companies.
Golden Advice from Kashif
After many years in journalism, Kashif ventured into tech to seek higher-paying job opportunities. The journey wasn’t all smooth, but he remained determined to achieve his goal. Within 18 months, he was earning six figures.
“I believe that true freedom is financial freedom. But, it takes a lot to go to the next level and achieve financial freedom. Everyone has some sort of motivation: a bad boss, a messed-up childhood, and so on. Whatever means you want to use to change your career, recognize that fire and go through the process. Most of the time, it works out.”
In 2020, he left his job at Adobe and established CRMBase to help people transition seamlessly into lucrative tech career paths. Looking into the next five years, he hopes that the school would have helped a million people to get their dream jobs successfully.
